Challenges

The school’s fluorescent lighting system had reached the end of its usable life, resulting in frequent fixture failures and inconsistent lighting. Maintenance costs were rising, and the outdated technology was inefficient by today’s standards.

Solution

MAC designed and executed a full-scale lighting upgrade, replacing all outdated fixtures in offices and classrooms with high-efficiency LED solutions. The retrofit included:

• LED Lighting Fixtures: Modern, long-lasting, and low-maintenance
• Occupancy Sensors: Automatically adjust lighting based on room usage
• Daylight Harvesting Controls: Optimize energy use by dimming lights when natural sunlight is sufficient
