Mac Electric is in an active growth and scaling phase, which means there are more opportunities than ever for team members who want to advance. Leadership is implementing new systems, coaching programs, and company-wide development initiatives to help employees grow personally, professionally, and financially.
And because our company is expanding into new electrification services, emerging technologies, and larger commercial projects, motivated team members can step into more responsibility, leadership roles, or specialized career paths.
At MAC Electric, we believe growth starts with having intentional conversations about where you want to go. Each year, employees meet with a supervisor for a PPF (Professional, Personal, and Financial) goal-setting conversation. Together, they discuss where the employee wants to grow and identify goals that support both their career and life outside of work.
Throughout the year, employees also participate in bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with their supervisor. These regular check-ins provide an opportunity to talk about job performance, address challenges, celebrate progress, and revisit the goals established during their PPF meeting.
Our goal is to create an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to keep growing — both professionally and personally. We believe that when our people grow, MAC grows with them.
Yes. Mac Electric is expanding its work in electrification, smart technologies, EV charging, battery storage, and other forward-thinking services. Because we are actively building expertise in these areas, employees have the chance to train, experiment, and grow their skills on projects that represent the future of the electrical industry.
We handle a wide range of work, from residential smart-home upgrades to large-scale commercial electrification, EV charging feasibility studies, LED conversions, and land development projects.
As Mac Electric continues to grow and evolve its service offerings, new team members gain hands-on experience with various electrical systems. This variety keeps the work engaging and helps employees build a broader, more future-ready skill set.
The team stays proactive as electrical codes, energy standards, and industry innovations continue to evolve. New hires receive guidance from experienced electricians along with opportunities to learn emerging practices like EV infrastructure planning, electrification upgrades, and NFPA 70B compliance support.
Training is built into everyday work, so employees grow their skills naturally while contributing to projects that move the Front Range toward a smarter energy future.
