Mac Electric Earns Customer Satisfaction Award
In the wake of a successful 2016 business rebate program, the Efficiency Works™ Business program awarded Mac Electric Company of Loveland with the Highest Customer Satisfaction Score.
The award is based on completing a minimum of 20 projects, working in at least 3 of 4 communities served by Efficiency Works, and a 50% survey response rate from customers. Efficiency Works is administered by Platte River Power Authority.
“Mac Electric stands behind the quality products it provides, and feedback from our customers is evidence of the level of service they provide,” said Bryce Brady, Customer Services Program Manager of Energy Efficiency for Platte River Power Authority. “We feel fortunate to have them in the Efficiency Works program.”

Platte River Power Authority and the utilities of its owner municipalities – Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont, and Loveland, have united their efficiency offerings under one program called Efficiency Works™. Efficiency Works provides customers served by the four owner municipalities a single place to go for information on rebates and incentives for efficiency upgrades for your home or business, access to efficiency advisors for technical assistance, and how to find an efficiency partner/contractor in your area.
